- “Visitor” or “user”: the individual who visits the Tribeloo website or makes use of a Tribeloo service (hereinafter joinly referred to as “you” or “your”).
- “Telecommunication Act”: the Act pertaining to various provisions regarding electronic means of communication (URL). This Act transposes into Belgian law the provisions of European Directives 2009/136/EC (URL) and 2009/140/EC (URL).
- “Electronic Communications Act”: implementation of Telecommunications Act in Section 129 of the Electronic Communications Act of 13 June 2005 (URL).

Analytics (only after "Accept all")
- Google Tag Manager (Google): loads and manages the measurement tools below. Does not set tracking cookies itself.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google): anonymous statistics about how the website is used (pages visited, source of the visit). Cookies: _ga, _ga_*. Retention: up to 24 months.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): anonymised session recordings and heatmaps that help us improve the website. Cookies: _clck, _clsk, MUID.
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.): website analytics and, when you submit a form or book a demo, linking your visit to your record in our customer system. Cookies: __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc.
Marketing / B2B visitor identification (only after "Accept all")
- Albacross (Albacross Nordic AB): identifies the company (not the individual) an office network belongs to, so our sales team knows which companies are interested. Cookies: nQ_cookieId, nQ_visitId.
- Leadfeeder / Dealfront (Liidio Oy): identifies visiting companies for B2B sales, similar to Albacross. Cookie: _lfa.
- Capterra (Gartner Digital Markets): measures whether visitors coming from our Capterra listing become customers, so we can attribute conversions.
Embedded services
- HubSpot Meetings (HubSpot, Inc.): the demo booking calendar embedded on our demo pages loads from meetings.tribeloo.com and may set its own cookies when you use it to book a meeting. This embed is part of the service you request (booking a demo).
The easiest way is the cookie banner itself:

- Click "Reject all" to refuse them. The website works normally without them.
