Frequently Asked Questions

Is Condeco the same as Eptura?

Condeco is now part of Eptura, and its desk and room booking product is sold as Eptura Engage. Older documentation and many buyers still use the Condeco name.

How much does Tribeloo cost?

Tribeloo is priced per bookable resource: every desk, meeting room or parking space counts as one unit, and the number of users is not what you pay for. Plans start at 3 euro per resource per month billed yearly. The current plans are on the pricing page.

Does Tribeloo book parking and meeting rooms as well as desks?

Yes. Desks, meeting rooms and parking spaces are all bookable resources, and administrators can add their own resource types. Neighborhoods and zones keep teams together on office days.

Can we use our existing floor plans?

Yes. Upload a floor plan image, PNG or JPG, and place desks and rooms on it with drag and drop. You can also send us any plan you have, including a photo of the evacuation plan, and we turn it into a clean map with you. Moving desks on a live map does not affect future bookings.

Does Tribeloo work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. The Tribeloo Outlook add-in lets people pick a desk or room on the map from inside a meeting, in both the desktop and the web version of Outlook. Google Workspace companies use Tribeloo for desk booking with Google single sign-on, and every booking arrives in the calendar as an invite.

How do we move from Condeco to Tribeloo?

Send us your floor plans and your booking rules. We build the maps with you and work out who may book what. Your IT team connects single sign-on and user provisioning on your side, with our help and our step-by-step guides at help.tribeloo.com. Most customers go live within days to two weeks of signing.
